Fun pictures! Thanks for sharing! Must have been overwhelming to choose fabric in such an amazing shop. Too many choices! All beautiful. Love the henna hands. You are getting to experience some wonderful parts of Bangladeshi culture!
We met at the University of Georgia through our good friend, Anne. After dating six years, Nadeem and I got married and have been happily married for 14 years. We've always longed for children, but our path to parenthood has been surprising. I (Sherri) suffered health problems for 12 years due to mercury poisoning. After God healed me, Nadeem and I thought that I would quickly conceive. We believe in the power of prayer and didn't understand why God wasn't answering our cry for children. We had already witnessed God's loving hand in other instances. Nadeem was raised as a Muslim and became a Christian several years after we were married. I had experienced God's healing power. We were confused and lacked direction. However, God had much bigger plans that would involve a journey across the globe to adopt a baby girl!
